Payments may cover consultation, project planning, site assessment, technical recommendations, labour preparation, materials coordination or installation work.
Before work begins
If no consultation, planning, site visit, material purchase or project work has started, refund requests can be reviewed case by case.
After work begins
Once work, planning, procurement or site activity has started, refunds may be limited by the work already completed, materials purchased, third-party costs and project agreements.
Disputes
Clients should contact PINTEQ early if there is a concern so the team can review scope, progress, costs and the best resolution.
